Today in Rugusa the first of the preliminary hearings in the investigation against 7 of our comrades charged with "aiding and abetting illegal immigration" for rescuing 27 people in the Mediterranean took place. All our solidarity with the suspects, who are guilty only of doing what was right, obeying the law of the sea and remaining human.
