From 19 to 28 July, Mediterranea Berlin and ANPI Berlin & Brandenburg will go on a mission together to support the Ukrainian population.

Two years of war have systematically devastated cities, damaged buildings and schools, separated families, and robbed people of their daily untroubled lives.

Large-scale missile and drone attacks heavily damaged the country’s power system and energy infrastructure forcing the Ukrainian authorities into scheduled blackouts.

Aerial bombings have destroyed schools all over the country leaving children and youngsters without teachers and educators.

Therefore this year our mission will focus mainly on two aspects: school and power supplies as well as workshops.

Pens, notebooks, coloured pencils, school bags, power banks, USB lights and of course our time and will to show the Ukrainian population they are not forgotten.
